Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the formal dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. Head towards the living area where you can sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa seating with SMART TV and views of the pool area. Step outside through the large sliding door to the pool area. The pool area features a summer kitchen, outdoor dining table to seat 8, and 6 sun loungers to soak up the Florida sun. After a long day sit by the pool and lounge by the fire pit.

This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with 3 master suites. The first master suite features a king size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to the covered lanai all located on the first floor. The other 2 master suites are located on the second floor with king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and TVs. The fourth bedroom also located on the second floor has 2 full beds. The fifth bedroom features a twin bed with a twin trundle.
